The studio is stylishly furnished and has a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. The spacious bathroom is modern and equipped to a high standard.
Relax in front of the new Smart TV and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A Nespresso machine, kettle, coffee capsules and tea bags are available for your morning coffee or tea. Basic foodstuffs such as oil, vinegar and salt are also available if you want to prepare your own meals.

The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of Bayreuth's historic old town. If you are arriving by car, you will find the nearest parking facilities at the Rotmaincenter, around 300 meters from the accommodation. There you will find the parking garage "Parkplatz am Sendelbach", the "Tiefgarage unteres Tor" and the Rotmaincenter parking garage.
The central location allows you to explore the many entertainment options in Bayreuth's old town on foot or set off on adventurous hikes and bike tours directly from your doorstep.
